Board-Certified Care from a Veteran-Owned Practice
Most weight-loss advice stops at “eat less and move more.”
Ours doesn’t - because there’s more to it than that.
If you’ve tried dieting, tracking, fasting, or programs and still feel stuck, it’s not a lack of effort—it’s that the approach hasn’t been individualized to you.
Brightly provides clinician-guided medical weight loss built around your history, goals, and real life.
You work directly with our clinician who evaluates your situation, recommends a plan when appropriate, and adjusts it over time based on how you actually respond.
This is not a one-size-fits-all protocol—and it’s not a prescription mill.
You’ll meet our Clinical Director Jeff on your consult call
Jeff is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 9 years of experience across family medicine, emergency care, and medical weight management. As a veteran and clinician, his approach focuses on clear guidance, thoughtful prescribing, and long-term patient relationships—not quick transactions. Jeff chose a family-operated clinic model to create local Washington jobs, investing back into the small businesses in his Skagit County community.

Transparent pricing you can plan for.
$119/month covers your clinical care, including evaluation, follow-up, and ongoing adjustments along with nutrition and exercise guidance.
Medication costs are separate through the pharmacy and vary based on the medication and dose, which we review with you before you begin if you’re a good candidate for medication. You’ll know the full picture before making any decisions.
Brightly does not mark up medication—you pay the pharmacy directly so it’s fully transparent.
Who this is for:
Adults in Washington State looking for medical weight-loss support who want clinician guidance, a personalized plan, and a long-term approach.
This also includes patients interested in more gradual or lower-dose treatment strategies (sometimes referred to as “microdosing”) as part of a clinician-guided plan focused on appetite control, metabolic health, and sustainable progress. Our patients pay the clinic directly rather than billing insurance and HSA or FSA cards can be used.
Brightly is not a good fit if you’re only shopping for the cheapest medication, a guaranteed prescription, or a quick, one-time solution. That’s because our nutrition coaching and clinician monitoring through our program is centered on real lifestyle changes so that your results last long term, you can make a plan with your clinician to ease off medications eventually, and you don’t get stuck in a crash diet cycle again.
Start with a conversation about what will actually work for you.
Start by booking your consultation where we’ll review your goals, ask questions, and get an honest recommendation—including whether medication is appropriate.
