Board-Certified Care from a Veteran-Owned Practice
You don’t have to make your decisions based on generic, one-size-fits all advice on the internet.
At Brightly your care plan is personalized based on your goals and needs.
Whether your goal is sustainable weight loss, optimizing hormones, improving energy, enhancing recovery, or supporting healthy aging, we believe your care should be tailored to you—not squeezed into a cookie-cutter protocol.
At Brightly, you'll work directly with an experienced clinician who develops a treatment plan based on your medical history, goals, and lifestyle, then continues to refine it as your body and needs evolve.
We offer evidence-informed medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and metabolic health services—all with ongoing support and transparent pricing.
This is personalized medicine, not a prescription mill.
You’ll meet our Clinical Director Jeff on your consult call

As a veteran and clinician, his approach focuses on clear guidance, thoughtful prescribing, and long-term patient relationships—not quick transactions. Jeff chose a family-operated clinic model to create local Washington jobs, investing back into the small businesses in his Skagit County community.

Who this is for:
Adults in Washington State looking for personalized, clinician-guided care to improve their health, whether that means losing weight, optimizing hormones, improving recovery, supporting healthy aging, or addressing other metabolic health concerns.
Our patients value an individualized treatment plan, ongoing medical guidance, transparent pricing, and a long-term approach rather than a quick fix. When appropriate, this may include lower-dose or more gradual treatment strategies tailored to your goals and how your body responds. We are a cash-pay practice, and HSA or FSA cards can be used for eligible services.
Brightly may not be the right fit if you're simply looking for the cheapest medication, a guaranteed prescription, or a one-time transaction. We believe the best outcomes come from building a relationship with your clinician, monitoring your progress, making thoughtful adjustments over time, and supporting healthy lifestyle habits alongside any medications or therapies. Our goal is to help you achieve results that are sustainable—not just temporary.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) uses bioidentical or traditional forms of estrogen and progesterone to help ease symptoms that can show up during perimenopause and menopause. It’s designed to support balance, comfort, and overall well‑being during this transition.
-
Many patients use HRT to support relief from:
Hot flashes and night sweats
Sleep disruptions
Mood changes or irritability
Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
Irregular or changing periods
Vaginal dryness or discomfort
Low energy or libido changes
Your clinician will help determine whether HRT is a good fit for your symptoms and goals.
-
Estrogen helps reduce symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, and cognitive fog.
Progesterone is typically added for anyone who still has a uterus, as it helps protect the uterine lining and can also support sleep and mood.
Your treatment plan may include one or both, depending on your needs.
-
You don’t need to wait. Many people begin HRT during perimenopause to help manage symptoms as hormones naturally fluctuate.
-
Your clinician will let you know if labs are recommended based on your symptoms and health history. Not everyone needs testing before beginning treatment.
-
Brightly is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance for patient appointments.
For women receiving HRT, treatments can either be sent to your local pharmacy and managed through your insurance, or direct-to-consumer pricing and shipped to your door.
-
We work with all of the main weight management medications and develop a plan that will meet your weight loss goals.
-
We are a direct to consumer cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance at this time. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, and we can provide invoices you can submit for potential reimbursement.
-
Labs may be required depending on your history, how recently you have had labs done, and your treatment plan. We’ll discuss this during your consult.
-
While results vary, our focus is always on safe, steady progress rather than rapid, unsustainable weight loss. We plan for maintenance from the beginning so results can be sustained long-term.
-
Not at this time. Brightly Telehealth PLLC serves Washington residents through virtual telehealth care.
-
Brightly Telehealth is a virtual clinic. All visits and support are delivered via our secure telehealth platform.
-
Our weight loss program is designed to complement—not replace—your existing medical care. While these medications can influence multiple aspects of health, including metabolic and cardiovascular systems, our services are limited to weight management and medication oversight.
We strongly encourage ongoing care with your primary care provider and any relevant medical specialists. With your authorization and in accordance with HIPAA regulations, we may communicate relevant clinical information with your primary care provider or subspecialists when appropriate to support coordinated, comprehensive care.
-
Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body to support natural biological processes. Depending on the peptide, therapy may help optimize metabolism, recovery, tissue repair, energy, sleep, cognitive function, immune health, and overall wellness.
-
These work by interacting with specific receptors to stimulate targeted physiologic responses. Rather than replacing hormones, many support the body’s natural signaling pathways, helping restore balance, enhance recovery, and improve function.
-
At Brightly Telehealth, we offer a number of the most common therapies.
These could potentially benefit muscular development, tissue repair, cognitive support, mitochondrial efficiency, cellular energy, skin health, sexual desire, etc.
Each therapy is selected based on your health goals, medical history, and clinical evaluation. This will all be discussed at your consultation.
-
Depending on the therapy, it may support:
Weight management and metabolic optimization
Energy, stamina, and exercise recovery
Sleep quality and stress resilience
Joint, tendon, and ligament healing
Gut health and inflammation reduction
Cognitive performance and focus
Skin rejuvenation and hair health
Longevity and healthy aging
