Board-Certified Care from a Veteran-Owned Practice

You don’t have to make your decisions based on generic, one-size-fits all advice on the internet.

At Brightly your care plan is personalized based on your goals and needs.

Whether your goal is sustainable weight loss, optimizing hormones, improving energy, enhancing recovery, or supporting healthy aging, we believe your care should be tailored to you—not squeezed into a cookie-cutter protocol.

At Brightly, you'll work directly with an experienced clinician who develops a treatment plan based on your medical history, goals, and lifestyle, then continues to refine it as your body and needs evolve.

We offer evidence-informed medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and metabolic health services—all with ongoing support and transparent pricing.

This is personalized medicine, not a prescription mill.

You’ll meet our Clinical Director Jeff on your consult call

Jeff is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 9 years of experience across family medicine, emergency care, and medical weight management. As a veteran and clinician, his approach focuses on clear guidance, thoughtful prescribing, and long-term patient relationships—not quick transactions. Jeff chose a family-operated clinic model to create local Washington jobs, investing back into the small businesses in his Skagit County community.

Who this is for:

Adults in Washington State looking for personalized, clinician-guided care to improve their health, whether that means losing weight, optimizing hormones, improving recovery, supporting healthy aging, or addressing other metabolic health concerns.

Our patients value an individualized treatment plan, ongoing medical guidance, transparent pricing, and a long-term approach rather than a quick fix. When appropriate, this may include lower-dose or more gradual treatment strategies tailored to your goals and how your body responds. We are a cash-pay practice, and HSA or FSA cards can be used for eligible services.

Brightly may not be the right fit if you're simply looking for the cheapest medication, a guaranteed prescription, or a one-time transaction. We believe the best outcomes come from building a relationship with your clinician, monitoring your progress, making thoughtful adjustments over time, and supporting healthy lifestyle habits alongside any medications or therapies. Our goal is to help you achieve results that are sustainable—not just temporary.
